Terms of Use for Ngie
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Ngie mobile application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Ngie is an AI-powered gaming assistant providing personalized game recommendations and interactive chat services based on user-provided gaming preferences, platforms, and hardware specifications.
2. User Accounts and Data Retention
Anonymous Access: You may use the Service without creating an account ("Anonymous Use"). IMPORTANT: Anonymous accounts that remain inactive for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days will be automatically purged. This includes the permanent deletion of all settings, chat history, and preferences. Ngie is not liable for any data loss resulting from this inactivity.
Registered Accounts: To ensure permanent data storage, you must register via email or supported social media providers.
Social Media Login: By registering via social media, you authorize us to collect your email address, username, and profile picture. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. AI Usage and Content Disclaimer
AI-Generated Content: Responses provided by the AI are generated automatically. While we strive for accuracy, Ngie does not guarantee that the information (including game stats, release dates, or hardware compatibility) is always accurate or up-to-date.
No Personal Access: Our AI models are designed to only access your gaming profile (genres, platforms, PC specs). The AI does not have access to your private identity or sensitive personal files.
User Responsibility: Any actions taken based on AI suggestions (e.g., purchasing a game or hardware) are at your own risk.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid Features: Certain features are reserved for paid subscribers. The specific benefits of these tiers are detailed on the in-app purchase screen.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis. They automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
No Payment Storage: Payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Ngie does not store or process your credit card or payment information.
Cancellations: You must manage and cancel your subscription directly through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the AI models or backend infrastructure.
- Use automated systems (bots/scrapers) to access the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ngie and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss (especially regarding anonymous accounts) or AI-generated inaccuracies.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
